Under the DOE ORO EM contract, EI Review provided direct and continuous support to the DOE through several competitive GSA MOBIS awards. Our contract(s) with DOE ORO EM Facility Representative group mandated the provision of complete support in the area of DOE personnel mentoring, training, facilitation, data entry, records management and large scale package assembly for the purposes of mass communication and training activities. Street Legal supplies infrastructure and support services to BJC at Projects located at the Y-12, K-25, and ORNL sites located in Oak Ridge TN. Street legal has supported over 12 major projects and supplied personnel in support of 25 functional areas/labor categories. To this date we have executed approximately 196 work request/purchase orders. Of the 12 major projects, two are being utilized for evidence to support this RFP.

Street Legal provides Facility Management support to the Molten Salt Reactor Experiment (MSRE) project. MSRE is a Cold War era reactor facility that is in a state of partial operation in preparation for cold shutdown. This functioning facility houses vital safety systems that require 24-hour management and response capabilities. Street Legal provides a team of personnel that not only manages the day-to-day operation and maintenance activities of the facility but also provides 24-hour emergency response services. To provide this support Street Legal has to maintain a functional and nuclear facility compliant Quality Assurance, Safety, and Health program. Activities Relevant to kitting are as follows:

For the K-25 project, Street legal provides professional support in the evaluation of vender products (not less than 40 per month). These must meet minimum criteria for nuclear facilities.
